post_max_size = [anything]
upload_max_filesize = [anything]
If you want to set the maximum to 100 megabytes, change their values to
post_max_size = 100M

Step 1: Log into your PrestaShop 1.7 admin dashboard.
Step 2: Choose Advanced Parameters -> Administration
Find Upload Quota, you will see the field named Attachment maximum size. Set the max size you desire in the field in Megabytes.
