As shared with you in the last article before, this month we will soon have our Lunar New Year 2021 holiday, which is the most important festival in Vietnamese culture. To make sure our holiday celebration does not affect our customers and business partners, we would like to inform you of Leotheme Support Plan in Lunar New Year 2021 as below:

•  During holiday time From 10 Feb 2021  to 15 Feb 2021, all on-site trading activities at Leotheme.com will take place normally
• Customers are still able to get promotions from our [20%OFF] Happy Lunar New Year 2021 – Prestashop Discount Program. Details
• Our support team is still supporting online for customers via Email, Live Chat, Fanpage. However, the reply would take longer, about 48 hours instead of 24 hours.
• Emergency Cases will be given a priority to support.
• For all Custom Work and Projects that are in the process, we will try to finish as scheduled by Feb 9th, other more time-consuming projects will be halted on Feb 10th and back to be deployed on Feb 16th.
