May 1, 2019 – the Labor Day or International Worker’s Day is coming close. This is the time for us to gather and have fun with our family and friend, and most importantly, to celebrate the worker’s contribution to the country. Here in Vietnam, we have days off to celebrate this Labor holiday as well as let our hair down and spend time with our beloved ones. Therefore, we are pleased to announce to you, our valued customers and partners the Work Schedule and Support Plan in Labor Holiday 2019 as follows:
From: 28 April 2019 To: 2 May 2019
- All trading activities for Prestashop Themes, Prestashop Modules or Membership Packages on site take place normally.
- Customers are still able to apply the discount Code: LABOR25 to get 25% off from the Promotion Happy Labor Day 2019 until May 2, 2019.
- There is still a support team to support online for customers via Email, Live Chat. However, the reply would take about 48 hours or longer instead of within 24 hours as usual.
- Emergency Cases will be given a priority to support.
- For all Custom Work and Projects that are in the process, we will try to finish as scheduled, other more time-consuming projects will be halted and back to be deployed on May 3rd.
We hope this holiday’s work schedule and support plan will not bother your projects or businesses.
