Support Plan Annoucement in Lunar New Year Holiday 2020 – leotheme

Lunar New Year is the most important festival and public holiday in Vietnam and it is fast approaching this January. We would like to keep you informed of our Support Plan in Lunar New Year 2020 as below:

From: 24 Jan 2020                                                                  To 27 Jan 2020

•  All trading activities for Prestashop Themes, Prestashop Modules, Prestashop Email Templates or Membership Packages on-site take place normally.
• Customers are still able to apply the discount Code: LEO20 to get 20% off from Happy New Year Promotion until Jan 31st.
• There is still a support team to support online for customers via Email, Live Chat, Fanpage. However, the reply would take longer, about 48 hours instead of 24 hours.
• Emergency Cases will be given a priority to support.
• For all Custom Work and Projects that are in the process, we will try to finish as scheduled by Jan 21st, other more time-consuming projects will be halted on Jan 22nd and back to be deployed on Feb 3rd.
